1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 24 hours after confirmation.

  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed the next business day.

  • You will receive a confirmation message or email once your order is placed successfully.

  • During peak seasons (like Ramadan or Eid), processing may take slightly longer — we appreciate your patience.


2. Delivery Time

We currently deliver all across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.

  • Major Cities: 2–4 working days

  • Other Areas: 4–6 working days

  • Remote Areas: 6–8 working days

Delivery times may vary slightly based on your location, weather, or courier delays.


3. Shipping Charges

  • We offer Free Shipping on orders above Rs. [set your limit, e.g., Rs. 2,000].

  • For smaller orders, a standard delivery fee of Rs. [e.g., 250] will apply (depending on location).


4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We provide Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan for your convenience.
Please ensure your mobile number and address are correct — our delivery partner may contact you before delivery.

Note: Refusal to accept confirmed COD orders may result in restrictions on future purchases.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via SMS or email.
You can use this number to track your order directly through our courier partner’s website or contact our support team for updates.


6. Delays or Delivery Issues

We always aim for timely delivery, but sometimes delays may occur due to:

  • Courier or logistics issues

  • Public holidays or extreme weather

  • Incorrect address or contact information

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please reach out to us — we’ll help you track and resolve the issue.


7. Damaged or Wrong Product Delivery

If your package arrives damaged, opened, or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos or videos.
We’ll review your case and arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
