Refunds & Cancellation

At Date Box, we value your trust and satisfaction. Every box we send is packed with care and quality. However, if you face any issue with your order, please read our refund and cancellation policy below.


1. Order Cancellation

  • You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it — as long as it has not been shipped.

  • Once your order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled.

  • To cancel your order, please contact our support team immediately at support@datebox.com or WhatsApp us with your order number.


2. Refunds

We only offer refunds under specific conditions:

  • You received a wrong, damaged, or expired product.

  • The product was missing or defective upon delivery.

To qualify for a refund:

  • You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

  • You must share clear photos or videos of the product and packaging as proof.

  • Once verified, a refund will be issued through your original payment method or as store credit (depending on your preference).

Note: Refunds are not applicable if the product has been opened, consumed, or tampered with.


3. Replacement or Exchange

If you received a wrong or damaged item, we’ll send a replacement at no extra cost after verifying your claim.
We may ask you to return the incorrect product (if required) before sending a replacement.


4. Non-Refundable Cases

We do not offer refunds or cancellations for:

  • Change of mind after delivery.

  • Delays caused by courier services or external factors beyond our control.

  • Incorrect address or contact details provided by the customer.
