We understand that sometimes things may not go as planned — that’s why we’ve created a simple and fair Return & Exchange Policy to make your experience worry-free.
1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange
You may request a return or exchange only if:

You received the wrong product.

The product was damaged or spoiled upon arrival.

You received a missing item in your order.
⚠️ Important: Since our products are perishable food items, returns are only accepted within 24 hours of delivery.
2. Conditions for Return
To qualify for a return or exchange:

The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

You must provide clear photos or videos showing the issue.

You must contact our support team within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Once your request is verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or return pickup (depending on your location).
3. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

The product has been opened, consumed, or tampered with.

The issue was reported after 24 hours of delivery.

The product was damaged due to customer handling or storage issues.

Orders placed with discounts, promotions, or bundles are final and non-returnable unless damaged.
4. Exchange Process
If your return is approved, you can choose:

An exchange with another item of equal value.
We’ll process your request within 3–5 business days after verification.
