At Date Box, we take pride in delivering fresh, premium-quality dates packed with care and hygiene.
We understand that sometimes things may not go as planned — that’s why we’ve created a simple and fair Return & Exchange Policy to make your experience worry-free.


1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

You may request a return or exchange only if:

  • You received the wrong product.

  • The product was damaged or spoiled upon arrival.

  • You received a missing item in your order.

⚠️ Important: Since our products are perishable food items, returns are only accepted within 24 hours of delivery.


2. Conditions for Return

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide clear photos or videos showing the issue.

  • You must contact our support team within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Once your request is verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or return pickup (depending on your location).


3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  • The product has been opened, consumed, or tampered with.

  • The issue was reported after 24 hours of delivery.

  • The product was damaged due to customer handling or storage issues.

  • Orders placed with discounts, promotions, or bundles are final and non-returnable unless damaged.


4. Exchange Process

If your return is approved, you can choose:

  • A replacement of the same product, or

  • An exchange with another item of equal value.

We’ll process your request within 3–5 business days after verification.
